I've received very good feedback on my talk "Coming of Age of An Agile Company", with extra excitement around the portion that discusses Servant Leadership and how that works when teams are empowered to select their coach. I've encountered an amazingly strong level of commitment to this, by whole teams. Your co-workers are the people who cannot be fooled if you're insincere. Therefore when they choose you as the person they want to learn from, it's quite special. I will pick one of my stories of Servant Leadership and fit it to the 10 minute format. But there is a dark side too; a danger that I think very many agile companies will fall into.
